Personal Profile
As a founder, since my youngest age, I am in search of harnessing the bounty of Nature to feed the world equitably.
I grew up on a small farm in France, which with my family and hard work, we developed over the years, towards a continuously evolving circular model founded on regenerative agriculture complemented with beekeeping and electricity production.
After a multi-faceted global experience of more than 25 years in the industry, marked by global leadership roles in R&D and Quality with in multinational companies (Nestlé & Cargill), based in Europe and the United States, I continue to aim at impacting the unique transition bringing agricultural products to the table.
Through POC & INNOV, a consulting Company, our solutions are inspired by our passion for INNOVATION – converting Ideas & Concepts into Value.
